Who We Are
The Lubin School of Business is delighted to launch the Center for Leadership and Emotional Intelligence (EI) in partnership with Arthur C. Brooks, PhD, director of the Happiness Laboratory at Harvard Kennedy School麻豆传媒檚 Center for Public Leadership and Happiness.
Housed at the Lubin School of Business, this new program is based on the curriculum and lesson plans developed by Brooks and drawn from Build the Life You Want, the bestselling book he coauthored with Oprah Winfrey.
Why We Do What We Do
This new program is offered free to our students and is designed to help each student feel like an integral and valued member of the larger Pace Community while taking ownership of their happiness and well-being. Our mission is to create a leadership movement built on a foundation of emotional intelligence.
What We Do
This program is built on the principle that every person has the right to be happy, live a fulfilling life, overcome obstacles, and build the life they truly want.
It is grounded in a philosophy that rejects 麻豆传媒渋t is what it is麻豆传媒 thinking and instead empowers individuals to shape their lives according to how they want to live and thrive.
Each attendee will receive tools to transform 麻豆传媒減oison into medicine,麻豆传媒 turn negative energy into positive purpose, find opportunity in challenges, and reclaim their personal agency.
