The Pace Women�鶹��ý�s Justice Center (PWJC) is proud to announce its 2024 "Raising the Bar" Benefit Concert, a pivotal event dedicated to raising awareness and support for victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and elder abuse. The concert will take place on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at the historic Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, NY, featuring a special performance by the Grammy-winning duo, Indigo Girls. The singer-songwriter twosome of Emily Saliers and Amy Ray is considered one of the most successful folk duos in history, with 16 recorded studio albums and over 15 million records sold. Popular for their crowd singalong 1990�鶹��ý�s chart hits �鶹��ý�Galileo,�鶹��ý� �鶹��ý�Shame on You,�鶹��ý� and �鶹��ý�Closer to Fine,�鶹��ý� which was recently featured in the box office summer hit movie Barbie. Together, these two women are known for their activism and championing of causes.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹��ý honored Bridget G. Brennan, New York City�鶹��ý�s Special Narcotics Prosecutor, with its 2024 Robert S. Tucker Prize for Prosecutorial Excellence at a ceremony attended by district attorneys, fellow prosecutors and other members of the legal community on �鶹��ý�鶹��ý�s New York City campus September 23, 2024.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹��ý is proud to announce that the 2024 Ottinger Award for Faculty Achievement has been awarded to Professor Vanessa Merton posthumously.

On September 12, 2024, the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹��ý Environmental Law Program held the second annual private environmental governance, sustainability, and ESG legal scholarship workshop. The half-day lightning workshop included an impressive gathering of environmentally focused scholars who spent the day workshopping new scholarship. This year�鶹��ý�s workshop was developed by Haub Law Professor Josh Galperin, who also moderated the event.

For the third consecutive year, the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹��ý partnered with the Westchester County Association to host its Annual �鶹��ý�Profit and Purpose�鶹��ý� Sustainable Business Conference at the Law School. The conference, held on Friday, September 13, brought together well over 100 business, nonprofit, and government leaders to discuss how businesses are innovating around climate change and social responsibility and inspire organizations to apply these principals to advance ESG in their practices.

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at �鶹��ý had the honor of hosting Professor Amanda Kennedy for a series of lectures and presentations. Professor Kennedy is a Professor of Law at Queensland University of Technology in Australia and Deputy Head of School at the School of Law. Professor Kennedy�鶹��ý�s research interests fall predominantly within the area of agri-environmental law, and include natural resources and land use law, environmental justice and energy governance.

�鶹��ý Art Gallery is pleased to present Being Transducer, the first solo exhibition in New York by the Taiwanese art collective , Chiaochi Chou and Youyang Hu. This exhibit builds on the duo�鶹��ý�s ongoing exploration of a "bio-Internet of Things," expanding upon philosopher Timothy Morton's object-oriented ecological perspective.
