Table Talks: October
Table Talks is a dialogue-based leadership development initiative led by the Senior Director of Outreach and Opportunity within the Division of Opportunity and Institutional Excellence (DOIE). Designed to foster people-centered leadership, Table Talks offers intentional space for faculty, staff, and administrators to engage in reflective conversations that connect ideas to practice.
This session will address institutional and departmental culture and its influence on team dynamics and inclusive excellence. Participants will discuss how inclusive excellence is defined, developed, maintained, and changed within teams.
